Fe Farmer’s Market has new hours! You can now shop
the farmer’s market, including Pollo Real, on Saturdays from 7AM
until 12PM, Tuesdays from 8AM until 12PM and starting in June,
Thursdays from 3PM until 7PM. Come out and support the market!
New CSA Memberships
It’s time to sign up for the 2010 CSA membership
drive. Pollo Real will be seeking new members and renewing existing
memberships for the 2010 CSA season, starting in February. Email
Tracey, or stop by the Pollo Real booth at the Farmer’s Market.
This CSA season will be filled with delicious chicken, heritage turkeys, guinea fowl, and the triumphant return of our farm-fresh eggs. Hooray!

recently had the opportunity to use a certified kitchen, and we’re
looking forward to developing a recipe for chicken stock to sell
at the market. Once the stock recipe is perfected, who knows where
we’ll go next? Chicken soup? Chicken pot pie? It’s so exciting!
