At the Farmers Market

Tom and Tracey sell their chickens, turkeys, and other birds at the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Saturdays from 7AM until 12PM, Tuesdays from 8AM until 12PM and starting in June, Thursdays from 3PM until 7PM. At the market, you can talk to Tom and Tracey directly and have your pick of fresh, pasture-raised chicken. 

From one of the Pollo Real vendors

Pollo Real chicken can also be purchased from one of the many area restaurants and stores that carry and serve these delicious, pasture-raised birds. If you can’t get to the Farmers Market, or would like to taste Pollo Real chicken prepared by a world-class chef, visit the Vendors page to see the latest list of Pollo Real vendors. 

On the farm

Pollo Real is located in beautiful Socorro, New Mexico. Please contact Tom and Tracey to schedule a visit to the farm. Unfortunately, due to high cost, Pollo Real does not routinely ship. 

Pollo Real CSA

Pollo Real also has created a CSA (Consumer Supported Agriculture) group to which customers may choose to belong. A CSA fosters a healthy relationship between farmer and consumer with many benefits to both.
